For well over a decade, Nikita has been supporting families in the Capital Region, and is so excited to work with families at all stages of their journey as they welcome a new little one (or more) into their home! It is her commitment to help other families in their own unique journey. She aims to take the stress and worry out of your day so that you can relax and focus on healing and loving your new adorable baby. Nikita has experience with home birth, hospital birth, teens, mothers over 40, families, single parents, LGBTQ families, high risk pregnancy, conceiving with IVF, cesarean birth, water birth, inductions, twins, and singletons. In addition to the knowledge obtained through years of experience supporting families as a doula, she had worked in local hospitals and their affiliates for eight years. Nikita offers birth and postpartum support, maternity concierge services, as well as perinatal education classes. She can also be found at The Birth Place at Albany Medical Center teaching a variety of classes! When she is not busy with doula work, Nikita devotes her time approaching most dinner times as if it were an episode of Chopped, taking second place in her household’s Scrabble games, and anything arts and craft related. Nikita resides in Averill Park, New York with her wonderful husband, their two active sons, and their mischievous cat. |
